Shipping and Return Policy
Innisbrookgolfresorts offer standard ground service, as well as a variety of express services. Our Express shipment cutoff is 5:00 PM, Eastern time. Orders with express shipping (Next Day Air, Second Day Air, Three Day Select) placed before 5:00 PM, Eastern time will be shipped the same day. Express orders placed after the cutoff will be shipped the following business day. UPS operates Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). We ship worldwide from our warehouse located in Massachusetts. We ship via UPS or the United States Postal Service whenever possible. Shipment time varies from 1-3 business days, depending on your proximity to Massachussetts.

The chart applies to orders shipped to any address within the 50 states in United States. Shipping and handling charges to locations outside of the 50 states in USA will be quoted at the shipping carrier’s published rates, and is based upon the size and weight of the shipment.
NEXT DAY, SECOND DAY, and THIRD DAY shipment are available at published Rates. The shopping cart system will calculate the rates as you place your order.
We Ship from Massachusetts. The map below shows estimated delivery times for addresses in transit. Keep in mind that it takes time to process, pack, and prepare an order for shipment, and delivery time will vary accordingly. Federal Express and UPS operate Monday – Friday, excluding most major holidays. Off days are not included in transit calculations.
As we approach a holiday, it may be a good idea for customers west of the Mississippi to use Express Shipping (Next Day, Second Day or 3-Day Select.
30-Day Return Policy
We accept returns for most items within 30 days from the date of purchase. If you change your mind or encounter any issues, we’re here to assist you.
Please note that there are a few exceptions.
- On-Board Computers
- Garage Sale Items: All sales are final.
- Made-to-Order Items: We don’t accept returns for made-to-order items because we craft them specifically for you.
- Other Nonreturnable Items: Occasionally, we offer products marked as nonreturnable. Don’t worry; we’ll always indicate this on the item page.
To be eligible for a return, we will require that the item be in new condition—meaning it is unused or has not been installed—returned along with all its components and in its original packaging.
All returns will also require an RMA number to ensure that the replacement/return process is seamless and goes as quickly as possible. You can request an RMA through our Returns Page.
For incorrect items received or items that are different from what you ordered, we will require a photo of the packing slip and the item you’ve received to process a replacement or refund.
For damaged or defective items, we will require photos or videos for documentation within 48 hours of delivery. We may also ask customers to follow the manufacturer’s basic troubleshooting instructions if necessary for defective products. Please note that we do not cover damage resulting from improper handling, installation, or abuse.
If a return is required for items with the issues mentioned above, a prepaid return label will be provided by Golf Cart Garage. You will never have to pay return shipping costs for any error caused by us. Replacements will also be sent to you, free of charge.
Restocking fees will apply to all regular returns:
- 20% for most regular items
- 30% for batteries, wheels, and tires
- 35% for Nivel products; brands include Nivel, Madjax, GTW, Jakes, Reliance, Red Dot, EcoBattery parts, Star EV
Because shipping these items is quite expensive, we do ask that customers pay to ship them back to us. Regular returns could include:
- Undamaged/non-defective items/non-warranty related returns
- Items that are no longer needed/wanted
- Incorrect item ordered
- Incompatible items not recommended by Innisbrook Golf Resorts
Please note that shipping fees will not be refunded for regular returns.
We require customers to send us the tracking numbers for all returns. To ensure your return’s safe and timely delivery, we highly recommend using only FedEx or UPS. We cannot be held responsible for the damage or loss of returns sent back to us via USPS.
Any order that has been refused upon delivery and is returned to us without an RMA number will incur an additional 5% restocking fee on top of the regular rate. This will cover labor costs to ship the order, as well as the shipping fees. Refused deliveries may also take longer to be credited.
It usually takes between 10 and 15 business days for regular returns to be tested, reviewed, and credited. Items returned for warranty consideration may take up to 30 days.
